Jon is a fan of small business and leadership.

Before joining PAX Financial Group, Jon worked his way through leadership roles within retail and logistics companies. By learning from a diverse group of managers and industries, it gave him a well-rounded education and the empathetic heart of a servant leader. A common thread in his life was how much he enjoys finance, both at a business level and personally. This is what lead Jon to PAX.

Jon lives on the north side of San Antonio, in Timberwood Park, with his wife and their four children. Outside of PAX, they operate two small businesses, selling coffee and hosting running events around the San Antonio area.
