Jon is a fan of small business and leadership.

Before joining PAX Financial Group, Jon worked his way through leadership roles within retail and logistics companies. By learning from a diverse group of managers and industries, it gave him a well-rounded education and the empathetic heart of a servant leader. A common thread in his life was how much he enjoys finance, both at a business level and personally. This is what lead Jon to PAX.

Jon lives on the north side of San Antonio, in Timberwood Park, with his wife and their four children.
