Alejandra Bryant
As Director of People & Culture at PAX Financial Group, Alejandra Bryant leads the firm’s human resources strategy, organizational development, and culture initiatives. She has played a key role in shaping PAX’s people and culture framework, ensuring that HR supports leadership, employee growth, and long-term organizational goals.
Known for her clarity, steady leadership, and relational approach, Alejandra cultivates an environment defined by trust, accountability, and mutual respect. She plays a key role in sustaining PAX’s recognition as one of San Antonio’s Best Places to Work, guiding efforts that reflect the firm’s core values of Teamwork, Respect, Excellence, Constant Improvement, and Kindness.
A first-generation college graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Alejandra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her focus is on creating alignment and structure that allow people to grow, collaborate, and do their best work.
Outside of work, Alejandra finds creative expression through her photography business, Meet the Bryants, and enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, their two children, and their dogs.
