Lucas's personal bio
In his role at PAX, Lucas functions in two primary capacities: he serves as the company’s life insurance specialist, helping advisors connect their clients with outstanding coverage, and he operates as PAX’s retirement plan specialist. He advises over 20 business owners and provides education to their employees in this capacity.
Lucas is respected for his ability to leverage his retirement plan expertise to produce tangible results for clients, including tax deductions and asset accumulation. He is also adept at coordinating business’ team members, like CPAs, accountants, payroll specialists, administrative staff, and more, to ensure that everyone is on the same page when setting up and maintaining these retirement plans.
Lucas grew up on a hunting ranch outside of Boerne, TX, where he learned the valuable characteristics of grit and work ethic. He has spent much of his life straddling two worlds, which uniquely equips him to relate to people of all backgrounds.
At Abilene Christian University, Lucas earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. After graduation, he earned his insurance license and worked for a small advisory firm. During this time, he attended a “Work Matters” series at his church, led by one of PAX’s founders. This message on the importance of pursuing meaningful work resonated with Lucas, so much so that he joined the PAX team.
