San Antonio native, Shavaun has a strong background in customer service and excels in her primary role of providing outstanding service for PAX’s insurance clients.

Prior to joining the PAX team, she spent four years as a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines and another three year as a Wedding Coordinator. That experience made her a perfect candidate to assist in the production of PAX’s live events.

“I love the family environment and the service-oriented mindset,” Shavaun says. “It makes coming to work rewarding and enjoyable.”

She and her husband, Eric, live in San Antonio with their two Australian shepherds, Jet and Jilli.
