Kevin was born in El Paso while his father was stationed at Fort Bliss.His family endured the standard mobility of a military family before settling in Roswell, N.M.He graduated from Goddard High School in 1991 and from New Mexico State University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

After six years in the Sports Information Office at UNLV,

Kevin wrapped up his 15-year career in sports media and relocated with his family to San Antonio.While searching for a career change, he discovered Dave Ramsey and was inspired to help others in the same way.He landed a position on the staff at PAX and simultaneously worked on his insurance licenses and securities registrations.

“I work at PAX because I am confident that the team is committed to helping people and teaching people, not just selling to people,” says Kevin.“We are solving problems, not selling products.”

Kevin and his wife, Laura, live in Converse with their three children.
